You can open the blog by clicking it as normal or you can open the blog in a new window by right clicking the mouse. It gives you a couple of options. In windows you can hold the alt or ctrl key down as you click and on a Mac I was told just hold down the CMD key.

The pdf has a download button on the upper right corner if you want to download it.
